Returns and Exchanges Policy
We have a 7-day exchange request policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to contact us if you would like to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, style preference, or if the item is no longer needed.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or does not meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide a remedy as required by law. Depending on the issue, this may include repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where required.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If your request is approved, we will arrange a suitable remedy depending on the issue, item condition, and item availability.
Exchanges

Non Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, items must not be worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging and tags.
