You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

Condition Requirements

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Free from stains, marks, perfume, and damage

Please try on gently.

Return & Exchange Shipping

Return & exchange shipping costs are not covered. The customer is responsible for return & exchange shipping fees to our address.

**International Exchanges

For international exchanges, any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs charges payable on the replacement shipment are the customer's responsibility and must be paid before the replacement item is dispatched.

Please Note

Custom-made, made-to-order, and on-sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

Change of Mind

Casa Barong Filipiniana does not provide refunds where a customer changes their mind, no longer wants or requires an item, or decides not to keep their purchase.

Eligible change-of-mind purchases may be exchanged in accordance with the exchange conditions above.

Customers are responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs associated with a change-of-mind exchange.

Uncollected & Returned to Sender Parcels

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and collecting their parcel within the timeframe provided by the postal or courier service.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, delivery was refused, an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or delivery could not be completed due to a customer-related issue, the order will not be automatically cancelled or refunded.

Once the parcel has been returned to us, redelivery can be arranged. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost, which must be paid before the parcel is resent.

If the customer decides they no longer want the order after it has been returned to us, this will be treated as a change-of-mind request and no refund will be provided on this basis.

Restocking Fee

Where a return is approved outside of our standard exchange process, a 10% restocking fee may apply. This fee does not apply where the return is required due to an error by Casa Barong Filipiniana or where the customer is entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
