Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that change of mind returns are not accepted. We only accept returns where the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or meets the approved return conditions outlined in this policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@casabarongfilipiniana.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we will provide via email.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalised items, sale items, and gift cards.

For hygiene and quality reasons, items must not be worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging and tags.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind.

If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order. If your original item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
